These terms apply when you buy from Fashion Mesh (“we”, “us”) at www.fashionmesh.com. Please read them before you order. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

2. Your order
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your basket. We accept your offer, and a contract is formed, when we email you to confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a payment can’t be verified or a price was shown in error; if so, we will refund you in full.
3. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on screen. Every product page states the fit and carries a size chart in centimetres. Fashion Mesh is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any football club, league, national association or kit manufacturer. Team names, crests and marks belong to their respective owners.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). UK delivery is free. Payment is taken when you place your order, through Shopify’s secure checkout. See our Payment and Billing Terms.
6. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses as set out in our Delivery policy. Items are our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
7. Cancelling and returning
UK law lets you cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery. We give you 30 days to return unused items, as set out in our Returns policy. Printed shirts are made to your specification and can’t be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as ordered.
8. Faulty items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law requires.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
10. Using our website
Please use our website lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it or access it in ways it isn’t designed for. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your information.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
