Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. See our Delivery policy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays), and most arrive within 7–14 working days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Delivery is free on every UK order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We email you tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Will I pay any import charges?

Orders are sent from our supplier outside the UK. If a delivery company asks you to pay any import charge before handing over your parcel, please contact us before paying.

What is your returns policy?

You can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. See our Returns policy.

Can I return a printed shirt?

Printed shirts are made for you, so they can’t be returned unless they arrive faulty, damaged or not as ordered.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@fashionmesh.com. We can change or cancel an order until it has been dispatched. After that, you can use your right to return it.

How do I find my size?

Every product page has a size chart, and our size guide explains how to measure. Player Version shirts run slim; if you’re between sizes, go one size up.

How can I pay?

With any payment method shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify, and we never see or store your full card details.
