Fashion Mesh delivers to addresses in the United Kingdom, and delivery is free on every UK order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). If an order needs more time than that, we’ll tell you.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–8 working days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer at busy times such as the start of a new season or a major tournament, or because of carrier delays.

Where orders are sent from

Orders are shipped from out UK Warehouse.

Import charges

If a delivery company asks you to pay an import charge before handing over your parcel, please contact us before paying.

Tracking

We email you tracking details when your order is dispatched.

Your delivery address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email support@fashionmesh.com straight away: we can change the address until your order is dispatched.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 14 working days, or its tracking hasn’t changed for several days, contact us and we’ll follow it up with the carrier. If a parcel is lost, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
