Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify’s secure checkout. The payment methods you can use are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). UK delivery is free, so the price at checkout is the price you pay us.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order, and we email you an order confirmation.

Order checks

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if we can’t verify the payment, if an item is out of stock, or if a price was shown in error. We will tell you by email if this happens.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method, as described in our Returns policy.
